First, the Golden Gate Bridge and cityscape, as they were close to San Francisco. Second, rainbow pride colors to celebrate their own background and signify a safe place for diverse communities. Next, they requested the Greek Theatre as they had been inspired by many performances enjoyed there. And last, they requested that the closest audience members with the most detail be painted as the owner's own mother and father. I was provided an image of them to work from, inspiring the flower crown in her hair. The rest was left to me, so I included some fun and wonky, black and white instrument patterning behind the rainbow, and morphed the rainbow to a red carpet that leads the students up to the entrance stairs of the building, effectively preparing them for their future walks down Hollywood's red carpet.
